Whistleblowing, Ethics and Protected Disclosures

Most serious fraud is reported by a colleague, not found by an auditor. Building a reporting channel people actually trust means understanding what the Protected Disclosures Act 26 of 2000 protects, how occupational detriment is proved, and how to triage and close a disclosure without exposing the person who made it.
