Site Supervision, Workmanship and Quality Control

Poor workmanship is expensive to fix and almost always traces back to weak supervision at the point the work was done.   • Inspect concrete, masonry, plaster, waterproofing and roofing work against accepted standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors so that trade sequencing does not damage completed work.
