A building is only finished when its services actually work together and the client can operate them safely. This course covers the commissioning of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, integrated testing, and the assembly of a complete handover pack. It is written for African projects where handover is often rushed and buildings are occupied before systems are proven.
